We want you to love your yoga wear. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-returnable items:
- Custom/OEM products (unless defective)
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason.
- We will provide the correct return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
- Once inspected, we issue a refund within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
- For quality issues: We cover the cost.
- For other reasons (size, change of mind): Buyer pays return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
