Who We Are

SLSUHAKA is the dedicated yoga & activewear brand of Yiwu Jinsheng Clothing Co., Ltd., an ISO-managed manufacturer based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China — the city that produces a large share of the world’s leggings. We are not a trading company reselling other people’s goods. We own the pattern room, the cutting tables, the sewing lines, the QC benches and the packing stations. Everything you buy from us was physically made by our own team.

Since 2018 we have grown into a vertically integrated supplier serving customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Our catalog covers the full activewear wardrobe — high-waisted scrunch leggings, seamless compression sets, sports bras, bodysuits, shorts, tennis skirts and outer layers — sold both as ready-to-ship stock and as private-label OEM/ODM programs.

We keep 300,000+ pieces of ready stock on the shelf at all times and run a daily capacity of 10,000–50,000 pieces, so a reorder does not mean a three-month wait. That combination — factory-direct pricing, deep stock and real customization — is why brands, gyms, yoga studios and wholesalers stay with us for years.

Where your tech pack and sampling requests land

01 · Design & Pattern Making

Every order starts here. Our merchandisers and pattern technicians translate your tech pack, reference sample or sketch into a graded pattern set. For ODM projects we pull from our own library of market-proven blocks — the same patterns behind the best-selling styles on this site. Size grading is available in US, EU and UK systems, including plus sizes.

Typical sampling window: 3–5 days for logo or color changes, 7–12 days for a brand-new style developed from scratch.

02 · Fabric & Material Sourcing

Performance fabric is the whole ballgame in activewear. We hold and test the fabrics ourselves — butter-soft naked-feel nylon-spandex, high-GSM seamless knits, four-way stretch compression, brushed thermal and recycled blends.

Every incoming lot is checked for weight (GSM), stretch recovery, colorfastness and hand feel before it is released to the cutting floor. We can also source or develop to your specification, including Pantone matching and functional finishes such as moisture-wicking or anti-pilling.

03 · Cutting

Patterns are laid, matched and cut on long cutting tables using electric cutting machines. Lay planning is optimised to keep fabric waste down — that efficiency is part of why our landed cost stays competitive.

Cut panels are bundled and ticketed by size and color before moving to the sewing floor, which is what keeps a 500-piece order color- and size-consistent.

04 · Sewing & Assembly

This is where the bulk of our 91+ machines live. Operators are assigned to dedicated stations so the same hands sew the same seams, order after order. Stitch quality is controlled by machine type — flatlock for stretch seams that will not pop, coverstitch for clean hems on leggings and tops, overlock for edge finishing, four-needle six-thread for high-stress areas.

Why it matters to you: the single most common complaint about cheap leggings is a seam that gives out at the gusset, or a hem that waves after two washes. Correct machine matching is the unglamorous fix — and it is a decision made in the factory, not in marketing.

05 · Quality Control — Four Gates

Nothing ships because it “looks fine”. We run four inspection gates, and a lot can be rejected at any of them:

  • Gate 1 — Incoming material inspection: fabric weight, stretch recovery, colorfastness and shade consistency against the approved standard.
  • Gate 2 — In-line spot checks: inspectors pull work-in-progress from each line to catch stitch faults, measurement drift and shade variation early.
  • Gate 3 — Pre-packing full inspection: every finished piece is checked for seams, measurements, symmetry, trims, cleanliness and color match.
  • Gate 4 — Pre-shipment AQL sampling: a random sample is pulled from the packed cartons and inspected against AQL standards before the carton is sealed.

Defect rate on inspected lots is tracked and reported back to the line — QC here is a loop, not a rubber stamp.

06 · Finishing & Ironing

Pieces are trimmed of loose threads, steamed and pressed to remove creases from cutting and sewing. This is the stage that decides whether a garment looks factory-fresh or warehouse-dented when your customer opens the mailer — so it does not get skipped to save time.

07 · Packing & Private Label

Packing is done to your specification and platform requirements. Standard options include polybags with suffocation warnings, hangtags, neck and care labels, size stickers, barcode and FBA labels, and retail-ready color boxes.

We routinely ship Amazon FBA-ready, Shopify and marketplace-compliant packaging, and neutral packaging when the end buyer must not see the factory.

08 · Consolidation, Loading & Dispatch

Orders are consolidated, cartonised and loaded for their route. We regularly ship via express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS), air freight, sea LCL and full container load, and we handle the paperwork — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and platform shipping labels.

Delivery terms available: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP. For US and EU customers shipping to a third-party warehouse or Amazon FBA, we can label and load to your routing guide.

OEM / ODM — Your Brand, Our Factory

Roughly half of what leaves our floor carries somebody else’s label. If you sell activewear, the practical question is whether we can hit your quality bar, your margin and your timeline. The short answer: yes, and here is the shape of it.

Three cooperation models

Choose the depth that matches your stage.

  • Light ODM — modify our proven styles. Take an existing best-seller and change colors, fabric, logo, trims, prints, sizing or minor construction. Fastest route to market; sampling in 3–5 days; lowest MOQ.
  • Heavy ODM — restructure our designs. Significant changes to pattern, fit, structure or function. New pattern required; sampling 5–8 days.
  • Original OEM / ODM — build from scratch. We design the style, develop the pattern, select the fabric and engineer the process around your market and target price. Sampling 7–12 days; copyright can be assigned to you by agreement.

Bulk production: 7–30 working days after sample approval, depending on quantity and schedule. Expedited slots available for urgent orders. MOQ is negotiable for long-term partners and consolidated multi-style orders.

How We Work With You

  • 1. Enquiry — tell us the product, target price, quantity and destination market.
  • 2. Quotation — we quote with fabric options and realistic lead times, not a teaser price.
  • 3. Sampling — sample produced and couriered; sampling fee is refunded against the bulk order once it is placed.
  • 4. Sample approval — the approved piece becomes the sealed sample. Bulk production is matched against it, always.
  • 5. Bulk production — four QC gates as described above.
  • 6. Pre-shipment inspection — AQL sampling with photos and a report before the carton is sealed.
  • 7. Shipping — consolidated, labelled and dispatched on the agreed Incoterm.
  • 8. After-sales — if something is wrong, we fix it. Long-term supply beats one good order.
