2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and fabrics as accurately as possible. However:

Actual colors may vary depending on your screen, monitor calibration, and lighting.
Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order arising from a pricing error, misprint, or inaccurate listing, and will notify you and issue a full refund in that case.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Applicable taxes or duties may be added at checkout or collected by your customs authority on delivery.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Payment

We accept payments through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
Your payment data is handled by our payment providers under their own terms and security standards. We do not store full card details.

6. Shipping, Title and Risk

Shipping times stated on our site are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Title to goods passes to you upon full payment and delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Custom and OEM/ODM Orders

Custom, private label, and OEM/ODM orders are produced to your specifications.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the goods are defective or do not conform to the approved sample or agreed specification.
Where a sample or specification is approved by you, that approved sample defines the quality and appearance standard for the bulk order.
Production timelines for custom orders are estimates and will be confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property you supply (logos, artwork, designs) remains yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it. You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from artwork or designs you provide.

9. Wholesale and B2B Orders

Wholesale, bulk and B2B orders may be subject to separate terms, minimum order quantities, deposit requirements, and payment terms, as agreed in writing.
Trade terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) will be specified in your quotation or proforma invoice.
Orders are produced and shipped in accordance with the agreed quotation, proforma invoice, or contract.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and code — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use this site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with site operation
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Scrape, copy, or harvest site content or customer data

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
